RovaHost Terms and Conditions

By using RovaHost services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

RovaHost provides web hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, domain registration (including .com.np), and related services. Services may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

3. Payments & Billing

• All services are prepaid
• Renewal invoices are generated before expiry
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination

Domain Policy

• Domain registrations are non-refundable
• .com.np domains require valid documents per registry rules
• Expired domains may incur redemption fees

4. Refund Policy

• Hosting services only include a 7-day refund guarantee
• No refunds for domains, setup fees, or add-ons

5. Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Host malware, phishing, or hacking tools
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
• Host copyrighted or prohibited content

Violation may lead to immediate suspension.

6. Resource Usage

Accounts must not excessively use server resources. We may limit or suspend accounts impacting server performance.

7. Backups

Backups may be provided but are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Non-payment
• Security risks

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

RovaHost is not liable for data loss, downtime, or financial damages. Services are provided “as is.”

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
